I am a Graphic Designer looking to bring intuitive and creative ideas to marketing strategies. I take great pride in creating a larger scope of work and being able to focus on campaigns for products.
Outside of work my life is defined by my hobbies, travel and loved ones. With my hobbies, you can catch me outside playing Ultimate Frisbee, running, hiking, painting, and reading (inside or outside- when the weather permits it). I also like to workout as a form of therapy, found a new love for rock climbing, and take pictures whenever and wherever I am able to. Photography is a major part of what I do during my free time because I draw inspiration from the shots I take.
For my travel bug: I was born in Ecuador and moved to Curacao, New York, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and safely landed in Illinois as my long-term home. My tick for travel comes from my father who was in the Air Force for 20+ years and due to the constant moving- it has given the gift and love for travel. But while I am unable to travel much, Chicago has filled up that hole. How? Travel helps you experience new cultures, languages, scenery, and food- Chicago does it well! I intend to grow not only personally but professionally in this great windy city.
And to conclude, loved ones. I am all about family, the majority of my family lives in Ecuador and I try to visit them whenever life allows me to. I have a lovely Fiancee and his family that live close to us who we like to spend weekends with and happily own two cats. The cats are our two prized possessions, Moka-Pot named after a form of making coffee and Kovu, named after a character from the movie, Lion King 2.
